Rainwater Harvesting System
Rainwater harvesting is a sustainable process that help to preserve water for future needs. As part of water conservation, every building in Skudai R&R has a rainwater harvesting system for landscaping to reduce our consumption of potable water.
Electric Vehicle Charging
As part of our green initiatives, we have installed a 50KW Electric Vehicle (EV) fast charger at Caltex which can charge your electric car within 30 minutes. This is a strategic location as part of the EV charging network along the North South Highway. Skudai R&R intends to install a total of 3 units of EV fast charger in the next 2 years.
Solar Panel Roof
We fitted a 40 kilowatt peak capacity solar panel system at Caltex Skudai R&R to support renewable energy initiatives. The solar panels are complete with an energy monitoring system to track energy usage in real time. With the implementation of property technology, Skudai R&R will also expand our solar panel capacity to more than 500 kilowatt peak in the next 2 years.
